How to Access Your Portal if Login page changed

Some new DotNetNuke users like the interface of application and try to play with Host Settings and Site Settings. Sometimes it can be ended like following example:

I cannot access my portal. Should i configure database and modify tables?

Leupold has good answer. He instructs user to call default.aspx?ctl=login parameter.

I have seen some unique methods to handle this problem. I will update this blog post with other methods.

Just want to make sure other solutions can be applied to new DotNetNuke release. (DotNetNuke 4.5.4)
