Today, i visited DotNetNuke offical website like i do everyday. And noticed that DotNetNuke 4.5.2 is released to public. I have already announced that they applied DotNetNuke 4.5.2 RC1 last week. It's good news, because i was waiting for this release for weeks.

DotNetNuke 4.5.2 provides new features and fixes for existing bugs. New release also contains security and performance improvements.

I noticed that DNN 4.5.2 provides users more Marketing features. In previous releases, you would be able to automatically submit your site to Google. New release allows submission to Yahoo and MSN Search Engines too.

What about Google Webmaster Tools? Yes, you can sign up for Google Sitemap application from Dotnetnuke Control Panel.
Another good thing is about Google Adsense. Now you can sign up for an Adsense Account via DNN.

I noticed that some existing sections have been moved or renamed for better usability.

I have been fighting with duplicate entries in SQL database. New release also contains a script for clean up duplicated database entries in tables.

After registration, users are now being redirected to page where they click on Register button. This is a good improvement too.

Today i got an email from Mandeep Singh about the cool More Than Tooltip module for DotNetNuke. Newsletter tells that More Than ToolTip Beta v2.5 is released. I had already purchased the previous version of this module and requested an important missing feature.

The previous versions of MTT does not support usage in other modules. My request was like " I like MTT, but it would be very handy tool if it support using on existing modules like News Articles". Mandeep answered my request and he said that they were planning to implement this feature.

I have been fighting with the issues related to my computer's performance and reliability. It took almost 5 days to recover my applications and profile settings for each application. I know you may ask, why did it take so much. Last week; rain was heavy here and after a quick recycle of electricity my computer crashed.
