You might notice, DotNetNuke 5.2.0 is released recently. However there are some outstanding issues that prevent us to have it nicely.

The first and most headache problem is within Cache. Looks like encoding of cached items are wrong. I already pointed this out and published a video that shows how to fix the problem at my personal blog.

However, you may want to have a permanent fix, that is also available from DotNetNuke Blog.

The second and geographical problem is resides within Turkish Community. Looks like there is a legend while creating a language pack resulting the manifest file is being created with incorrect file name. This will lead us to impossibility to install any language pack for Turkish locale to any DNN instance...

You can check out the demo video at my personal blog post.

I also started a discussion at DotNetNuke Forums about this problem. I would welcome if you join the discussion and scream for the fix :)

Btw, my subscribers asking the possibility of installing DNN 5.2.0 to Godaddy Root Path using my tutorials and methods. Well, to be honest i haven't tested it yet because of tight schedule... But i assume it should work, but i wouldn't recommend it yet since 5.2.1 will be out in a few weeks...

Keep on the line to get latest news :)
