I was not be able to post new entries to this blog since moving to a new dedicated server, located at Turkey.

Last weekend, i had to upgrade DotNetNuke version on MyNetNuke to 5.1.2. The process was quite complicated, because of several reasons such as database version.

The initial built of this portal was using a MS SQL 2000 db. Then i used MSSQL 2005 Server and finally switched to MSSQL 2008 Server. The moving process was quite easy. But the upgrades were almost a disaster.

Luckly, i completed the upgrade process and i will publish a tutorial for upgrading a pretty old release to newer one.

By this time my tutorials for running dotnetnuke at godaddy root are still valid.

If you want to host multiple websites under a single dotnetnuke installation, consider subscribing to my private articles.

So far i have more than 500 subscribers and those people get support from me which Godaddy does not provide.

i just installed version 4.9 on Godaddy. I would like to upgrade to 5.1.2. Will any of the existing tutorials you have on your site work for this? I do have access to all of them.
thanks
